Annual General Meeting (FY 08-09)

Notice is given that the 2009 (no that's not a typo, we are a touch behind but almost caught up!) annual general meeting of Queer Screen Limited will be held
on Thursday, 26th of August 2010
Level 1, Function Room Surry Hills Library
405 Crown St Surry Hills 2010 at 6:30pm.

Please arrive 6pm for a 6.30pm start

Members are encouraged to read the associated documents prior to attending the AGM.

Please download the NOTICE OF AGM HERE, which also includes the meeting's agenda and an important memorandum on special resolutions to be passed at the meeting.

Please download the FINANCIAL REPORT HERE which outlines the company finances and includes the Directors' report.

If you are unable to attend, please send in a proxy form (included in download above), to help establish quorum.
