Competition Conditions for “Volkswagen Group Australia and QueerDOC”

1. By entering this competition you accept these conditions of entry.  You can only enter once and you can only win one prize.
2. The promoter of this competition is Volkswagen Group Australia Pty Limited ABN 14 093 117 876 of 6 Lord Street, Botany NSW 2010 ("Volkswagen").  The competition commences at 9am on 20.08.2009 (ESDT) and closes at 12am midnight on 30.08.2009 (ESDT).
3. To enter: Simply complete the entry form on www.queerscreen.com.au and respond to the question in 25 words or less “What do you like about Volkswagen vehicles?”
4. The Prize: A QueerDOC Season Pass valued at $310.00 and a weekend in the new Volkswagen Golf valued at $345.00. The total prize is valued at $655.00 inc GST.
5.  An external release form provided by Volkswagen must be signed by the winner stating that the vehicle will not be driven interstate or off-road and if the vehicle is damaged the excess payable to Volkswagen Group Australia is $1000.00.
6. This is a game of skill.
7. The winner will be selected on 31.08.2009 at 10am, and will be notified via telephone and / or email on 31.08.2009.
8. The prize pack will be posted to the winner via Australia Post and Volkswagen will not be responsible for any undelivered mail.
9. Any unclaimed prizes will be forfeited 3 months after the competition closes and a redraw will take place if necessary amongst existing entries received.
10. This competition is open to Australian residents only, 18 years and older and the winner must hold a full valid Australian Drivers Licence. Prizes can only be used in Australia.
11. The prize is not transferable and can only be redeemed by the person named in the winning entry.  It is not redeemable for cash.
12. Employees of Volkswagen, and any related body corporate of it, and their families are not eligible to enter.
13. An entry is only valid if all details on the entry are completed. Each entrant is responsible for any internet connection fees incurred in competing. 
14. You agree that if you are declared a winner of the Prize, your name and suburb may be displayed on the Volkswagen website (www.volkswagen.com.au) and / or published in the Volkswagen Magazine and / or displayed on the queerscreen website (www.queerscreen.com.au)
