There were so many incredible documentaries about Amazing queer Australians submitted to this year’s My Queer Career competition that we simply had to give them their own program. In Local Heroes you will meet the Gorrrrrrgeous Vonni, original Le Girl and one of the first post-op trans performers in the country; Pop Doc follows Adelaide’s rising gay popstar Ryan Davies on the making of an album and video; The Rise of Leatherman takes you behind the scenes of the Mr Leather Australia competition, and William Yang, the Art of Seduction reveals one of our community treasures’ intimate artistic process.
